At our Noe Residence, you’ll find the perfect environment for you. Located in the center of the village and just 100 meters from the ski slopes, it offers a safe, comfortable vacation in the heart of the Val Badia mountains.

In winter, choose to stay at our Noe Residence, right in the heart of the Dolomites, just 100 meters from the Santa Croce slopes and directly connected to the Sellaronda.
You can enjoy over 500 km of ski slopes, all well-prepared and equipped for both expert skiing and learning snow sports.
The highlight of the day is returning to the warm and new alpine interiors of Noe Residence, where you can warm up with a refreshing sauna overlooking the Sasso Croce. Or you can enjoy a good cup of cappuccino in our typical Ladin stube.
In summer, you can relax on our colorful lawn equipped with a play area. Or you can enjoy peaceful walks or explorations in the wild mountain forests.
If you seek more challenging and adrenaline-filled activities, you can venture into the mountains by road bike, mountain bike, or gravel bike. Badia is the perfect village to start your ride: it allows you to face 8-10 km of warm-up before tackling the climbs of the legendary Dolomite passes.
At dusk or in the evening, you can stop to observe the magical Dolomites, in the silence of a small mountain village, and admire the bustling farmers bringing cows back to the barn and gathering hay.

We are Lois and Veronika, born and raised in Badia and Corvara, and we have always loved our mountains.
Exploring them is our best form of relaxation.
In winter, with skis on our feet, we venture into thrilling ski mountaineering trips. We even participated in the Sellaronda Skimarathon several times as a couple.
In summer, we climb the passes and peaks on foot or by bike, and from up there, it’s wonderful to enjoy incredible views. As you may have understood, we love setting high goals and achieving them.
At the renowned Maratona dles Dolomites, Lois completed the long distance of 138 km and 3600 meters of elevation gain in 5 hours. Not bad, right?
An activity we often share with our children is discovering wild forests and taking long walks in unspoiled nature.
